CÎME is an organic skincare brand with a mission to provide clean, organic, sustainable and honestly beautiful products. We are passionate about making a positive impact on people and the planet. Founded by two ex-lawyers, we've grown into a team of eight dedicated to make CÎME the go-to organic skincare brand in Belgium. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator and Designer to help us tell our stories and spread the word.

Responsibilities:

As the Content Creator and Designer, your role will be a mix of content creation and designing responsibilities. Your key duties include:

1. Content Creation for paid advertising: You are responsible for creating compelling and engaging content (both visuals and copy) for our paid advertising campaigns. This to implement our paid advertising strategy we set up with our online marketing agency.
2. Design of POS materials: You are responsible for the design (both visuals and copy) of POS materials for the CÎME selling points.
3. Email newsletters: You are responsible for the creation of B2C newsletter flows and B2B organic newsletters (both visuals and copy) in Klaviyo. This to implement our email marketing strategy we set up with our online marketing agency.
4. Content creation for website: You are responsible for adding content and copy to and the optimizing of our B2B and B2C Shopify websites.
5. Events: assisting with the organization of B2B and B2C events

Overall, your role as Content Creator and Designer will involve contributing to the development and execution of the brand strategy, creating engaging content on our paid social media channels, in newsletter flows and in store via POS materials, ensuring consistent brand representation across different channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with our internal Organic Content Creator Lise who is responsible for our organic content. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (preferably in FMCG).
• Relevant experience in content creation for paid online media (both visuals and copy) (canva).
• Relevant experience in POS design (both visuals and copy) (Canva and/or Indesign).
• Relevant experience in content creation for mail automation (both visuals and copy) (Klaviyo).
• Experience in monitoring online marketing (SEO, SEA, ROAS, Google & Facebook advertising) is a plus. 
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
• You feel comfortable in a scale up environment, requiring flexibility. 
• “Can do” mentality. 
• Passionate about social media, creating compelling content and design. 
• Passionate about clean beauty and the needs of the CÎME customer.

Your partners in crime will be the CÎME founders Isabel and Anke, our internal Organic Content Creator Lise and our online marketing agency.
