CÎME is an organic skincare brand with a mission to provide organic, sustainable and honestly beautiful products. We are passionate about making a positive impact on people and the planet. Founded by two ex-lawyers, we've grown into a team of seven dedicated to make CÎME the go-to organic skincare brand in Europe. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Brand and Content Manager to help us tell our stories and spread the word.



    As the Junior Brand and Content Manager, your role will be varied and exciting, encompassing a range of responsibilities. Your key duties include:

    1. Brand Management: You will assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity and positioning. This involves ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints. 
    2. Content Creation: You are responsible for creating compelling and engaging content. This includes writing blog posts, articles, social media content, website copy, email newsletters, and more. You will collaborate with our graphic designers and videographers, to develop POS materials and multimedia content as well.
    3. Social Media Management: You are responsible for the CÎME’s presence on social media platforms. This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with the audience, monitoring trends, and analyzing social media performance. You will also explore new social media channels and strategies to expand the brand's reach.
    4. Collaboration: You will collaborate with our paid social agency and PR agency,  to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. You will also work closely with other external partners, such as other brands or influencers, to coordinate collaborative campaigns or content collaborations.
    5. Annual marketing and content plan: You will contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing and content plan. You will also analyze content performance using metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    6. Photo and video shoots: You will take the lead in photo and video shoots, defining the needs, creating the roadbooks and assisting the photo/videographer during the shoots. 
    7. Optimization of the website: You are responsible for optimizing the Shopify website and analyzing its performance.

    Overall, your role as the Junior Brand and Content Manager will involve contributing to the development and execution of the brand strategy, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent brand representation across different channels and touchpoints.



    • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (preferably in FMCG).
    • Relevant experience in online media, email marketing, community-building, and typical marketing tools.
    • Experience in monitoring online marketing (SEO, SEA, ROAS, Google & Facebook advertising) is a plus
    • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
    • You feel comfortable in a scale up environment, requiring flexibility. 
    • “Can do” mentality. 
    • Passionate about social media and creating compelling content. 
    • Passionate about sustainability and the needs of the CÎME customer.

    Your partners in crime will be the CÎME founders Isabel and Anke, our PR agency, our photographer and videographer, our graphic designers and our online marketing agency.
