We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account and Sales Manager to help us grow our sales network in Flanders, Belgium. Responsibilities: As the Account and Sales Manager for Flanders, your responsibilities will include: Account Management: Acting as the primary contact person for our selling points in Flanders. Regularly visiting our selling points to strengthen relationships, present campaigns, and provide sales support. Conducting training sessions and product presentations for selling point staff to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and campaigns. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Providing regular updates to the company regarding market trends, competition, and customer feedback. Prospecting: Identifying potential new selling points to expand our portfolio. Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any queries or concerns. Present our product portfolio, negotiate terms, and develop compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities. Collaborating with our team of freelance ambassadors to plan and coordinate selling point activations. Overall, your role as the Account and Sales Manager for Flanders will involve maintaining strong relationships with existing selling points, actively seeking new opportunities for growth and expanding the sales network for CÎME products in the region. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Drivers license. Fluent in Dutch (French and English is a plus). High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your time and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills. Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset. Passionate about sustainability and the needs of the CÎME clients. Your partners in crime will be the CÎME founders Isabel and Anke, our sales team for Brussels and Wallonia and our team of freelance ambassadors. We offer: Permanent or freelance basis.
